Resilience from the Heart is a 6-week guided workshop designed to help you regulate stress, calm your nervous system, and build greater resilience using HeartMath® techniques and intentional reflection. You'll learn practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, connected, and in control in everyday life. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
