This Starter Package includes your Better Together 90-Day Planner plus four (4) private 30-minute coaching sessions that are personalized to help you create calm, strengthen your habits, and move with clarity. You choose what feels best for each session: • Virtual (Zoom) • In-person at Salti Salt & Sound Spa Together, we will: • Clarify your goals and intentions • Build daily rhythms that support your wellbeing • Create accountability that sticks • Strengthen emotional and spiritual resilience • Align your actions with what matters most This package is perfect for anyone who wants guidance, structure, and encouragement. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling for the four 30-minute sessions will be coordinated directly with Barbara. She will contact you within 24 hours of booking to arrange your first session. The first session must be scheduled within 10 days of booking. All remaining sessions will be arranged according to mutual availability and will coincide with your 90-Day Planner.
