Resilience from the Heart
I am incredibly excited about this 6-week experience because I truly poured my heart into creating it.

As someone certified through the HeartMath Institute in resilience training, I wanted to build something that helps people move beyond simply “getting through life” and instead begin creating a healthier emotional baseline.

Resilience from the Heart is designed to help you shift from constantly feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or anxious into becoming more resilient, calm, grounded, and confident in the way you move through life.

Through guided coaching, science-backed tools, reflection, conversation, and practical techniques, you’ll learn how to regulate stress more effectively, respond instead of react, and create more clarity, peace, and intentionality in your everyday life.
