Service Description
This is your space for focused, personalized transformation. Private HeartMath® Coaching Sessions are one-on-one experiences designed to help you move through stress, overwhelm, or emotional blocks and into clarity, calm, and confident next steps. Unlike group sessions, this time is fully tailored to you, your goals, your challenges, and what you’re navigating right now. Using HeartMath® techniques, guided coaching, and (when desired) faith-based reflection, we’ll work together to regulate your nervous system, bring your mind and emotions into alignment, and help you move forward with intention. In your 30-minute session, you’ll: • Identify and release current stressors or emotional tension • Learn real-time tools to shift into calm and coherence • Gain clarity on decisions, priorities, or next steps • Strengthen emotional resilience and self-regulation • Leave feeling grounded, focused, and empowered This is ideal for: • Professionals and entrepreneurs navigating pressure or transition • Individuals feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or mentally fatigued • Anyone seeking clarity, peace, and practical tools for daily life Set within the calming environment of Salti Spa, this session offers both immediate relief and lasting skills you can carry into your everyday life. You don’t have to figure it out alone, this is your time to reset, realign, and move forward with confidence. Available Tuesday–Friday. Packages available for deeper transformation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To honor both your time and ours, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee or deducted from your package. • No-shows will be considered a completed session and are non-refundable. All sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s appointment. If you need to make a change, please notify us via text or email as soon as possible. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping us create a smooth, consistent experience for all clients.
