Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To honor both your time and ours, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee or deducted from your package. • No-shows will be considered a completed session and are non-refundable. All sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s appointment.
