1% Healthier Everyday in 2026

This year I’m not chasing a dramatic transformation.
I’m chasing 1%.
Just 1% healthier.
And I’m learning something important: Exercise and diet are not the only paths to health.
For years, I thought health meant:
• eat clean
• move your body
• drink water
All good things.
But health is bigger than calories and cardio.

Your Body Is a Temple
Scripture reminds us:
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… Therefore honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians 6:19–20
A temple isn’t rushed.
It isn’t neglected.
It isn’t treated casually.
It’s cared for with intention.
When I began to treat my body like a temple instead of a machine, everything shifted.
Health Is Layered
Here’s what I’ve been learning:
Movement is foundational.
Strength training. Walking. Coherent breathing. Circulation.
Nutrition matters.
Whole foods. Anti-inflammatory choices. Protein for strength and stability.

But there’s more.
Supporting the Immune System
Allergy season hits hard in Texas.
Instead of just pushing through, I’ve been learning about supplements that:
• support immune resilience
• reduce inflammation
• strengthen gut health

And here’s the truth:
You don’t need a radical reset.
You need consistent stewardship.
Your body is not your enemy.
It’s your assignment.
